To be eligible to apply for the AIChE Group Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan, you must be:
- A member of the AIChE under age 70,
- A resident of the U.S. (not available in FL, NC, TN, VT, WA, and territories) or Puerto Rico.
You may also apply for family coverage for your lawful spouse under age 70 and unmarried dependent children under age 19 (26 if a full-time student).
